The Max Card is the UK’s leading discount card for foster families and families of children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (0-25 years). Families can use their Max Card at venues across the UK to get free or discounted admission. The scheme is designed to help families save money on great days out at castles, zoos, theme parks, bowling alleys, trampoline parks and many more.
 
The card is the property of the child, so in order to obtain the discount, the child must be present. In many cases, the discount is extended to carers and accompanying family members, but this varies between the venues. Venues reserve the right to ask for proof of identity upon presentation of the card.
 
Please email us at maxcard@shine21.org with evidence of disability to complete your card purchase -  please note we will not be able to dispatch your card without having received your evidence. 
 
Evidence could be in the form of a GP letter, hospital report or DLA award. It needs to clearly show the child's name and address and be dated within the last 12 months
 
Delivery charges: the fee includes 2nd class postage.
